Refund policy

Please note, once an order has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, if an item does not work out for you, we are always happy to offer store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned.

Our policy lasts 5 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 5 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
